Rotaract Club of Aruba is known for its annual “Un P’ami, Un P’e” project which was established in 2007. This year Celebrating its 12th edition.
Each year we help a different group in our community. This year it is geared to help the Children at Children Home Imeldahof. We collect goods from the community based on the needs of the group we are helping. This year we are collecting art & crafts items at Dyon Center.
At the end of the collections (1 month) we will also organize a fun day of activity with the Children of Imeldahof for them to be happy and have fun as well as we will be handing over the donations to them. Each year we try to provide personalized gifts to each child to make it more special.
Last year we helped the Casa Cuna.
The content of the project may differ, but the idea remains the same; sharing with the ones in need. The excitement and appreciation of the ones helped makes it all worthwhile.
