Assembly Meeting – Bylaws Review & Signing

Dear Rotaract Members,

Please find  the formal invitation for our upcoming Assembly Meeting.

Attendance is mandatory for all members, as during this meeting we will be reviewing and signing the updated bylaws that were discussed and revised following our last meeting on February 4, led by Karel Arends.

The three main points that were addressed and updated are:

• Active Member Age Limit
• General Meeting Schedule
• Net Result Allocation

Please note that this is a members-only meeting, and the bylaws are a sensitive internal document intended for review by Rotaract members. We kindly ask everyone to read the document carefully beforehand and prepare any questions or comments you may have so we can discuss them together during the meeting.
